The free demo is a fixed, thirty minute overview on sample data, walking through GoldFynch at a high level. Premium training goes deeper. Sessions run sixty or ninety minutes, are built around your goals, and the Bootcamp Training and Targeted Consultation sessions use your own case.
If you're new to both eDiscovery and GoldFynch, start with Basic Training. If you already know eDiscovery and want help with one specific task in your case, choose Bootcamp. Basic Training runs on a GoldFynch sample case, so nothing in your own cases is touched. Bootcamp and Targeted Consultation both work directly inside your own case.
Just book your session. When you do, you'll confirm the email linked to your GoldFynch account in the booking form. If that account has a payment method on file, the session is charged to it. If not, and you're booking Bootcamp Training or a Targeted Consultation, it's charged to the payment method on file for your case instead, and your case owner is copied. If neither has a payment method on file, please go ahead and add one. We'll follow up before confirming your session. If this isn't resolved before your session is scheduled to begin, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
If you're booking Bootcamp Training or a Targeted Consultation, you'll also need to share your case with GoldFynch Support so your instructor can work alongside you. Please do this by the start of your session.
Pick one focus area: productions, custom searches, tagging, review sets, deduplication, custom load file parameters, privileged logs and reports, or another task specific to your case. Most focus areas take about an hour to work through properly, so a session is generally built around one topic, but if there's time left over, your instructor is happy to look at a second one with you.
You'll get an automatic confirmation from Calendly right away. Shortly after, someone from our team will follow up with a confirmation email of their own, letting you know your session is set and which payment method on file it'll be charged to. If that's your case's payment method rather than your own, your case owner is copied on that email too.
Basic Training is ninety minutes for $250. Bootcamp is sixty minutes for $165. Targeted Consultation is sixty minutes for $225.
