  • Why are we still being charged after clearing all data from our account?

Verify that your case (and Organization if you have one) has been deleted - GoldFynch cases are billed according to the case plan, regardless of the amount of data in them. For example, if you have a 5 GB case, you will be charged $38 regardless of whether you have 0 GB, 3 GB or 5 GB in it.

  • Can we get a discount for our school or university?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for multiple-year agreements with government and educational organizations. The case owner's email address must be from a qualifying domain to be eligible
