Looking Forward to 2018
We’re wrapping up our first full calendar year of GoldFynch (out of beta). I can’t believe how fast the year went by and by how much the GoldFynch eDiscovery service, company, and the community has grown this year. We began 2017 with lofty goals and high expectations, excited about what was in front of us. It was a year with ups and downs, but each of them helped us build a better product that’s on track to disrupt an existing eDiscovery marketplace of outdated and overpriced incumbents.
In 2017, there were multiple new versions of the product released. This included more than 50 new features and 100s of other enhancements. Some of the highlights include the highly visible advanced search, as well as the almost invisible transition to Google Cloud services for the backend. Significant improvements were made to the user interface, with a focus on improved user experiences.
Expanding Userbase We have seen tremendous interest across the market from law firms of all sizes across the globe looking for a better way to handle their client’s ediscovery data. eDiscovery search, storage, and review as we’ve all known it for the last decade has failed to keep up with the needs of today’s demands. We launched GoldFynch because we have observed these challenges, recognize where the market needs are going, and have already begun building the solutions that will equip lawyers to serve their clients better, improve their discovery efficiency and litigate better.
Special Thanks Here we are closing out the year and I’m thrilled to share that we’ve grown our customer base significantly (increased by more than 200%). That is without a doubt an achievement that we are incredibly proud of. We are very grateful to work every day with some of the most successful legal teams helping them be even better at what they do.
Special thanks to you, our most valuable asset for helping make this a year to remember. Thank you for putting your trust in GoldFynch. We made some mistakes, but you stuck with us.
What to Expect in 2018 A whole host of new features. We’ve been working hard, and many of the features you requested will be available in the early part of 2018. This includes de-duplication, user notes, the ability to move and rename folders to name a few. All of which will make your eDiscovery process smoother and more efficient.
