What are Processing Plans?

Processing Plans are a GoldFynch Organization feature designed for cases with large data volumes.

Instead of worrying about expanded data sizes and tracking costs as case plans change, Processing Plans allow you to pay a flat monthly fee for maintaining cases, alongside a one-time processing fee for data.

Here is how it works

1. Processing Fee: $20 per GB (one-time)
2. Monthly Maintenance Fee: $300 per case, regardless of total data volume

Note, a GoldFynch Organization is required for Processing Plans.

For example, a case with 500 GB of data:

One-time fee

• Processing Fee: $20/GB × 500 GB = $10,000

Monthly cost

• Maintenance Fee: $300

This streamlined pricing system benefits users handling large eDiscovery cases, ensuring you pay only for the data you process—not its expanded size.

Looking for additional savings?

We charge per GiB (i.e., 1024 MiB), although it is commonly referred to as just GB. This benefits you (the customer) more, since it is 7% more data than true GB (i.e.1000 MB), for the same price.
