Step 7: Add-on Services
GoldFynch’s add-on services provide optional assistance outside of the regular functioning of GoldFynch - whether it’s importing files directly from your client, requisitioning dedicated processors, or calling in an outsourced managed review.
Requesting add-on services
Here’s how to request add-on services:
Step 1. Navigate to the ‘Overview’ page of GoldFynch
The Overview page is the first page you will see after opening a case.
Step 2. Click on the ‘Add-on Services’ tab
You will be given a list of available services and their pricing, along with the vendor offering them. Some are GoldFynch services, while others are approved and vetted external vendors
Step 3. Choose the service you want and click on the respective button
found at the bottom of the box to submit your requirements. Make sure you submit accurate information.
Step 4. Once done entering requirements, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
A member of the GoldFynch team will reach out to you to confirm the service and get the specific information needed to carry it out.
And that’s it! We’ll take it from there. You can check on the service’s status by clicking on the ‘Check Status’ button against the appropriate service in the ‘Add-on Services’ tab - it will be updated as the service’s status progresses.
