Downloading Production Load Files
GoldFynch gives you the ability to download just the production load file without having to download the entire production.
Steps to Download a Production Load File
You can download a production load file directly from the Requested Production tab of the Productions view or while viewing the Production log.
Download a Production Load file from the Productions view
Step 1. Click on the Production button in the left pane to access the Production view
Step 2. Click on the Requested Productions tab to view the list of productions that have been submitted
Step 3. Click on the ... button against the production that you want to download the load file for
Step 4. Click on the Download Load File option in the popup menu to download the load file
Download a Production Load file from the Production Log screen
Step 1. Click on the Production button in the left pane to access the Production view
Step 2. Click on the Requested Productions tab to view the list of submitted productions
Step 3. Click on the ... button against the selected production
Step 4. Click on the Production Log option to view the production log
Step 5. Click on the Download Production Load File (CSV) link to download the load file
