Here’s how it works:

Workflow
  1. Sign up for GoldFynch

    It only takes a few seconds. We only need your name and email (for account verification). We send account notifications to this email and the very very very occasional newsletter.

  2. Create a GoldFynch Case

    A case is a virtual container where you’ll store all your project files. Creating a case is simple and quick, and GoldFynch lets you create multiple cases: one for each project or legal matter you’re working on. Just click the Create Case button right after you log into GoldFynch.

  3. Upload your files

    GoldFynch now needs your files! It’s incredibly easy; go to the ‘files’ view in the left pane and then just drag-and-drop the files into your web browser. GoldFynch handles all kinds of files: Word files, scanned documents, Excel sheets, images, etc. It even automatically uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology to convert scanned documents into computer-readable text.

  4. Review your files

    Once your files are uploaded and processed, you can begin to search for search for keywords, tag your files (individually or in bulk), and redact information that is privileged or confidential.

  5. Produce your files

    GoldFynch formats your files uniformly, adds Bates stamps and lets you create zipped files to deliver to opposing counsel.
